About Us

The Corporate Class is a consulting firm offering a variety of coaching, advisory, and workshop options for women of all backgrounds with additional support and resources for minority women, and women of color. The Pinnacle Leader Program, is one of our extended programs, this four-week personal and career development initiative is specifically engineered for minority young women and women of color, ages 18-30. Through our unique competency based curriculum, we are able to assist, inspire and support our candidates as they learn new techniques to strategically build and develop their professional capabilities. It is our goal to Coach, Consult, and Connect qualified, competent women with local organizations throughout the city of Erie. We introduce our unemployed participants to community leaders for paid positions, volunteer opportunities, and internships. For those who have begun their careers, we assist them within their current roles on strengthening the relationship with their present employer.
